Nyanza Bottling Company Ltd., (NBCL), incorporated in 1984, a joint venture between
SUMARIA and CMG Group, is one of the largest Coca-Cola Franchies in East Africa. NBCL is engaged in bottling & distributing Coca-Cola products in the Lake Zone of Tanzania, comprising Mwanza, Geita, Simiyu, Shinyanga, Mara, Kagera, Tabora & Kigoma regions. Parent companies, Sumaria and CMG Group are well known names in East Africa having significant business presence in many industrial verticals. NBCL is therefore seeking to recruit motivated employees who can work effectively to achieve organization vision, mission and goals. The vacancies available are as follows;

1.    POSITION TITLE: AREA SALES EXECUTIVE (7 POSTS)

REPORTING TO: REGIONAL SALES MANAGER


JOB REQUIREMENTS / SPECIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing (BBA Marketing) and Bachelor of Arts in Public relation and Marketing or its equivalents
  • Leadership skills
  • Computer skills
  • Age at least 25-33 years old
  • Excellent oral and written communication skill in both Kiswahili and English Language


  JOB DESCRIPTION


  1. To set right target & Get it validated/agreed with his/her Regional Sales Manager & to make appropriate plan to achieve the targets.
  2. To maintain target v/s achievement & other sales relevant records, on daily, weekly, monthly and annually.
  3. To maintain permanent Journey Plan, Monthly planner as per agreed format
  4. To visit market as per approved Permanent Journey Plan, fill & send Daily Sales Report regularly at head office/to Regional Sales Manager.
  5. To ensure every dealer survey is done two times in the year to update the market records
  6. To ensure Distributor/stockiest/ route sales man must have proper stock to serve the market needs.
  7. To ensure that all flavors are available in the markets.
  8. To ensure that, each individual trade partner route achieve their respective sales targets.
  9. To ensure trade price & Recommended Retail Price adherence.

2.    POSITION TITLE: DEPOT EXECUTIVE (5 POSITIONS)

REPORTING TO: MANAGER – SUPPLY CHAIN

POSITION OBJECTIVE

The incumbent will be responsible for the effective management of any NBCL Depot.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor degree in finance & accounts, Bachelor of accountancy and Bachelor of commerce in accounting or its equivalents.
  • Leadership skills
  • Computer skills
  • Age at least 25-33 years old
  • Good in oral and written communication skill in both Kiswahili and English Language.
  • Should have at least two guarantors with the valid certificates of occupancy.

  • Accounting of NBCL Transaction.
  • Depot Administration
  • Godown Stock Management
  • Cash Management
  • Route Sales, Invoices, Cash sales checking and recording
  • Security Management
  • Posting entry - on line ERP
  • Team Development
  • Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
