As part of our expansion plans for CPF in Africa, recently CPF Tanzania Limited became established in Tanzania, on 1 June 2011, with a registered capital of USD 5,000,000. The Company’s objectives are to engage in the Feed-Mill Business, Breeder Farming, Hatchery and other agricultural and trading businesses in Tanzania.

We are looking for talented and motivated individual to join our team and fill these positions.

Position Description:

  • Assigns workers to tasks, such as feeding and treating animals, cleaning sheds, transferring animals, and maintaining facilities.
  • Notifies veterinarian and manager of serious illnesses or injuries to animals.
  • Monitors eggs collection and transfer from the sheds.
  • Treats animal illness or injury, following experience or instructions of veterinarian.
  • Transports or arranges for transport of animals, equipment, food, animal feed, and other supplies to and from worksite.
  • Do other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.


QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Diploma or Bachelor degree in Agriculture General, Animal Production, Animal Science or Animal Health from a Recognized Institution
  2. Age between 23 - 28 years old;
  3. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Microsoft Office programs such as Microsoft word, Exel and powerpoint. 
  4. Very good communication skills
  5. Result-oriented, proactive, flexible, and mature;
  6. Able to travel far to work;
  7. Able to work independently or as part of a team.
  8. Willing to learn and take on challenging roles and responsibilities.
  9. Experience in a Breeder Farm will be an added advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS


  1. Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management OR Bachelor degree in Business Administration from a Recognized Institution
  2. Age between 23 - 28 years old;
  3. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Microsoft Office programs such as Microsoft word, Exel and powerpoint.
  4. Result-oriented, proactive, flexible, and mature;
  5. Willing to learn and take on challenging roles and responsibilities.
  6. Being able to drive a motorcycle is an added advantage.


DUTIES.

  1. Handle employees disciplinary cases.
  2. Handle employees leave and maintain their records.
  3. Recruitment and selection procedure.
  4. Formulation and implementation of HR policy.
  5. Coordinating various Training such as Health and Safety training.
  6. Writing periodic reports on HR activities and preparing Action Plan
  7. Ensure that employee’s records and information are maintained in their files.
  8. Maintain staff attendance.
  9. Manage all company vehicle.
  10. Dealing with staff welfare, safety matters.
  11. Dealing with employee contracts.
  12. Ensure office surrounding is clean and good ventilation for better working condition.
  13. Other roles as assigned by Reporting Manager.
