CALL CENTRE OPERATOR

Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
Log all calls/issues on the in-house system computer system.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Identify and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
Assist store staff with queries.
Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.
Complete call logs and reports.
Report any store issues to the Junior and senior Ops teams as soon as they happen
Help identify stores who need staff sent to them due to staff not pitching up for work.
Assist the stores to trouble shoot any basic PC or printer issues.
Recognize, document and alert the Junior and Senior Operations teams of trends in customer calls.
Recommend process improvements.
Other duties as assigned.
