- Building the overall assortment for every category by acquiring high-profile businesses for higher conversion
- Managing multiple platform, CRM, Business Intelligence, Sales funnel, Data mining, Order and Project management tools to analyze data for business need.
- Analyzing weaknesses in the categories they manage and start sourcing/building on them.
- Checking current power sellers' variety of products offered and find areas of improvement in price and assortment.
- Planning for future seasons of products and ensure adequate stock ahead of time.
- Using industry knowledge to build an understanding of competitive positioning, value proposition for buyers and sellers, and dynamics within the vertical
- Driving performance of E-commerce seller's through shop consultation strong customer service and negotiation of deals.
- Analyzing of market trends and benchmark price points across multiple categories from both online and offline competitors.
- Communicating the value proposition of selling online to external stakeholders through community events and networking
- Coordinating with Country Manager and other department heads (mass sales, content, customer service, HR, partnership, marketing)
