Capable of doing Alarm Monitoring in shifts and regular day timings.
Must know about Fault Management of Nokia Products ( BSS/ Core )
Awareness of Trouble Tickets registration, follow up and update is compulsory
Customer complaints handling and follow up is part of job .
Should aware of process of sending broadcast sms to specialized groups
should aware of Nokia 2G/3G implementation of Rel.4
TXN knowledge of different vendors like Aviate , ECI, Ceragon is plus point.
