On behalf of client KaziniKwetu is looking for Project Managers to take on new and ongoing projects. Our client is one of reputable ISP companies in the country.

Job Responsibilities / Activities
• Manage all end to end clients and infrastructure projects within organization by working closely with all stake holders.
• Manage different vendors ( Sub contractors and service providers) and suppliers providing service to organization
• Generate reports on weekly and monthly basis
• Follow-up with all stake holders on their deliveries related to projects.
• Plan and implement all client projects with details shared to all stake holders including client
• Plan implementation and resource planning for all Infrastructure projects within organization
• Follow on all projects activities with respective stake holders to make sure they are completed within time agreed time frame
• Arrange for kick off meetings accordingly based on projects
• Ensure all projects are implemented within Budget, time ,quality, risk and scope
• Manage 3rd parties and contractors
• Create master project plan for whole and produce weekly and monthly report on progress and challenges and way forward
• Create STs for new sales order and liaise with NOC and service delivery to make sure orders are closed in time and revenues are recognized in time.
• Monitor and control the progress of projects at strategic level, in particular reviewing the business case regularly
• Act as an interface between Support, Network Operation Centre, CAM, Accounts, and Sales and logistic on matters needing their attention
• Ensure KPIs of Project are met.

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Diploma in IT
• Project management certifications
• At least 2 years of working experience on project managements

KaziniKwetu Ltd on behalf of the client is looking for Presales Solution Architect. This is a senior position within the organization and is expected to play a key role in the attainment of new customers by leading the development of complex solutions that are both operationally and commercially sound.

• Manage mega sales (whole sales) activities this includes Fiber Optic infrastructure in which he/she will be interacting with mobile operators and ISP to demonstrate Fiber Optic infrastructure coverage and persuade them on sharing business models and targeting whole sales on IP Transit.
• Provide pre Sales technical advice and support for sales team.
• Initiate customer contact to determine the customer’s requirements and create customer-specific solutions that address the needs of the customer as well as explain how the solution will be delivered.
• The Presales Solution Architect is responsible for designing and negotiating the solutions that win new business and give customers exactly what they need.
• Recognizes probable competition and advances opportunities through the use of effective consultative selling techniques
• Actively supports the sales team with solution advice, proposals, presentations, and other customer communications

• Minimum 5 years on presales technology management experience especial in telecom industry.
• Sound technical knowledge on telecom industry
• Excellent skill in writing technical proposal / RFP response
• Prefer experience as a successful candidate in a telecom complex environment with enterprise corporate market sales management, operations, people management experience and owning the customer experience in managed local and internal market areas.
• Degree in Telecommunications or Business/Management Fields from recognized University. Master’s Degree in relevant fields is an added advantage.
