Job Opportunity at Kays Lodge, Lodge manager
Working as the general manager for a small, well established 11 bedroom lodge (rising to 15 soon). The position requires a confident, experienced and innovative person with leadership, interpersonal, computer and hotel management skills to steer the fortunes of the business to new heights. Working with international guests requires fluency in English.
The manager will be required to deal with customer care, personnel issues (managing 6 other staff), bar and kitchen stock, building repair and maintenance as well as local government, municipal tfda etc.. Experience of similar role with verifiable reference is vital. Advantage as is good use of Microsoft excel and ability to set up bar and food stock monitoring sheets and review of systems. is important as is ability to communicate clearly progress with two directors..
